Monday - Crock Pot Baked Potatoes, fully loaded with whatever we have in the fridge (shredded cheddar, butter, sour cream, salsa) & 2 Ingredient Lemon Bars
Tuesday - Beef Stroganoff w/ Egg Noodles (freezing leftover beef for next week)

Wednesday - Buffalo Chicken Flautas, using leftover chicken from last week's lime chicken tacos

Thursday - Chili Cheese Cornbread Bake, using leftover chili that I froze from last week

Friday - frozen pizza (super cheap Totino's of course) & Morton's Steakhouse Wedge Salad

Saturday - shredded Chicken Caesar sandwiches (freezing leftover chicken for next week)

Sunday - chili w/ spaghetti (freezing leftover chili to use next week for Sloppy Tater Tot Casserole)
I am *hoping* that this menu means only a very small trip to the grocery tomorrow...we'll see.

Tuesday - Puff Pastry Pot Pie, using leftover beef stroganoff

Thursday - Sloppy Tater Tot Casserole, using leftover chili
Friday - Lakehouse
Saturday - Lakehouse
Sunday - Taco Night, (save leftover taco meat for Mexican Casserole)
